Jesus said there were two kinds of people who listened to Him. The one listened and did nothing. Jesus likened them to a man building a house on sand. Everything was fine, for a time.

A second group also heard Jesus, but they obeyed. They were like a man building a house on a rock. When adversity came, they endured because of where their house was built.

We live in a time where information is a commodity. Obeying Jesus is neither easy nor popular. This site is to encourage the doers, those who not only hear the words of Jesus but do them.

I think people who teach and talk should measure their success by what their listeners DO when they’re done.
